From what I understand, the HD modules are "so - so"...essentially not much more than an increase in the rev limiter.

For the money, a Crane Hi-4 single fire is a boost and well worth the few added bucks...allows independent timing of the rear cylinder.

I run an Hi-4 on my FXSTC and noticed a huge improvement over the SE plug in module.

I think you'll find the spark output the same- just different settings for the different application cams.

I have briefly looked at some of the Crane ignition systems. Which one does your bike have? 8-2100 Single fire or
HI-4E Ignition
HI-4 PowerLink Ignition
HI-4 Single Fire Ignition
Other….
Did you also go with one of the Crane coils?
Thanks!!

Hi-4 single fire, and yeah...ya have to go to a performance coil...not necessarily Crane...Spike makes one that fits under the stock cover...40K volt, I believe (I used a Crane)
