I wish. Kids, the lack of overall time, and the anticipation of vtune 3. I did one vtune and changed timing bit more. Ve #'s really went down in the lower kpa with the 57 cams. Is it common for lower ve there with cams?

Yup... most of the time. You can play with EGR to bring it up if you have the patience.

I just put a FullSac DX kit on my 2014 Tri-Glide. I have Rush Big Louie mufflers, a DK A/C and TTS with the canned download for FullSac. I Followed Mr. Wizards TTS for dummies to do the download but reading the manuals from TTS is working my brain. When I get ready to do this I will have a lot of questions. I do have a laptop, my wife on the back and some steep long mountain grades to do some runs on. Tony

Most find that going through the process one time will answer many questions. But feel free to ask as you go along.

I'm having trouble getting the VEs in the 3000 – 4500rpm & 20 – 25% TP area, under maximum 127.5 VEs. I’ve raised the displacement setting in tuning constants 3 times which is now set @ 10% over original displacement. Should I keep raising the displacement to lower the VEs, or is there some other adjustment I can do.
Engine is a +0.010 120R which I assembled myself & installed in an’07 Deluxe.

It's not unusual for a 120 build to go crazy on cubic inches scale and depending on the TB, cam and head work you may have to increase the 120 to 150 to get the VE's down to a manageable range BUT>>>

Are we sure the motor is mechanically correct which may be causing high VE's?

Could you post a box.net of your camdata file and one vtunedata file and your last vtune.mt8?

You’re right, the 120R is a crazy engine, finding a starting calibration among the TTS collection was a headache. Got one from SC via a member on one of the Aussie forums.
Build has SE 58mm TB, S&S 625, 110 heads with chambers reduced to 87cc, ports cleaned up & 2.120” int. 1.65” ext. installed, 11.2:1 CR.
Engine runs like a dream when I Vtune & load the last two or three DM runs I do for the day into a running map. I have been doing ERG adjustments as I go, by the way.
Will get back to you with the data files, once I jog the memory cells into action, as I haven’t used my box net account for some time.
