Mine had already been tuned with the TTS and Vtune 2 before so I haven't really noticed any difference. I need to try the shorter Vtunes and more load but haven't been riding the Electra Glide. Too much rain. Now that it has stopped for a day or two, riding my newest toy. Got a 76 Ironhead since my 73 is torn down for top end.
Gonna trailer the Ironhead to Daytona next week

Well can't go swimming just yet (especially in salt water since scar is not completely healed). As for bikini shots, probably won't kill me with the new arteries working real good so yeah bring 'em on.
Good to see you taking a vacation! Call me when you get back, need to tell you about a little procedure I recently had to have done.

I intend to get full dyno tune once broken in but the tuner likes 500mi on the bike before putting it through the paces on the dyno.

Here is the setup:

2009 Street Bob originally a 96"

107(3.938x4.375)
4.9g/s injectors
Heads welded, Ported, and polished 1.9 intake Valve
Tman 590 Cam
50mm TB
Patriot Defender 2-1 Exhaust
Compression setup at 10.87(Static), 9.82(corrected), and CCC 207.2
OK so file DPG176-03 actually looks pretty close to my setup. Its for a 103 so I just need to up the cubic inches to 107 and setup the file for v-tuning correct?

I haven't looked at the file... still have way too much going on but, as long as the calibration file you chose isn't too big for the motor you have then you will be fine.

With your TB, exhaust and compression I would take it to 110 cubes in the tuning constants.

OK thanks for the response!

Just to make sure I understand I have compared the base file to my own for convenient cross reference. Would you still take the displacement to 110 in the tuning constants?

Base File:
Configuration: 1690(103) HTCC CNC Ported with 50 mm Intake Components:
• 4.9 G/S High Flow Injectors
• Air Cleaner and Breather Kit
• 50 mm EFI Throttle Body
• 3 7/8" Big Bore Cylinders
• 3 7/8" HTCC 1690 Pistons
• CNC Ported HTCC Heads
• .609” Lift 263/269 Duration Camshaft
• 2:1 Exhaust

My Setup:
• 107(3.938x4.375)
• 4.9g/s injectors
• Heads welded, Ported, and polished 1.9 intake Valve
• Tman 590 Cam
• 50mm TB
• Patriot Defender 2-1 Exhaust
• Compression setup at 10.87(Static), 9.82(corrected), and CCC 207.2

You can leave it at 103 if you like... but you may have to change the cubic's as you VTune like most of the built motors. I like to start high Cubes so I can raise VE's instead of starting low and running out of VE room.

Totally up to you

OK, cool. I like not having to go back and re-do it. I just wanted to make sure. I'll set it to 110 and go from there.

My main concern is actually just being too rich on first startup after putting it back together.

Highlight all VE Cells in the idle and mid range where you will be tuning first.

Decrement them by 10%

Default Saving changes to Lambda and other tables

Hello Wizard.
I,m trying to convert a dyno tune [MT8 file] I had done a couple years ago to a MT9 file I can use in a 2015 Roadglide. Same 124" motor as before but different ECM. Was a 2011 Roadking before and it ran very well with that tune. I talked to Steve and he told me the info would have to be transferred to a new file [using EAA617-04] .per his suggestion.
Having a brain fart and after changing the main Lambda I could not figure out how to save the MT8 values to the MT9 file.....I had no problem editing....TEDIOUS..But even after reading in the help about editing and SAVING CHANGES I,m not getting it. I know it,s something simple...

Would much appreciate some help here. Thanks Max
