Voltage output out of starter solenoid?
I recently replaced a physically broken starter solenoid on my 1977 harley lowrider FXS. I replaced it with a chrome Accel one. I get 12 volts into it from the battery, however I am only getting about 6 volts out of the solenoid when I try to crank the engine. Is this correct?
What voltage should I be reading out of the solenoid?
