I have a problem with oil leaking out of the wires where the stator wires enter the primary case. I sealed it with gasket sealer and it worked for awhile. Now it's leaking again. Runs down the wires and drips off. Might seal up when it gets warm and start riding again I hope. Has anyone had experience with this problem. I hate to pull the primary and all that's involved just to fix this problem, but I hate oil leaks. Plus I think you have to buy a whole new stator. It's on a 1999 Ultra Classic. Can anyone help?

Unfortunately and sealer is just a bandaid. The only way to fix permanetly is a new Stator.

I used RTV on the inside when I tore off the primary to replace the tranny pulley. Of course you don't want wanna go there if you don't have to.
