I have an 07 Softail, While in the Sierra Mountains my bike would stall when put into gear. I had the IEDS installed. I pulled them off and unplugged my ecm to reset. I have a Stage 1, does the Stage 1 drop after the ECM is unplugged and replugged in? I figured I would get an honest answer here.

The stage 1 flash is a factory download remap and does not go away on a reset.

A reset only erases the volatile memory, the non-volatile memory where the firmware is stored is not affected on a reset.
