03 Ultra Voltage Regulator PLEASE HELP

I'd check battery terminal connections for tightness, then check the stator output to the voltage regulator (VR). Terminal contacts should be nice and round from stator plug side going to the VR terminal pins.
If the plug contacts on either side to the VR are loosing shape and looking like "C" take a pointed needle nose pliers and reform then into a tight "O" again, apply dielectric grease or silicone and check the output of VR for the same.
If the contacts on the plug or the VR have color discolorations (normally they are to be brite looking) its due to over heating from contact failure and loss of a phase or entire connection.
If you have seen this it could be your stator may have some damage to a phase, check the AC voltage output and test resistance to ground to see if you have any shorts in the stator.
