I can't find an answer so maybe someone can direct me or help me to an answer?

I am using a 2006 Super Glide tank with sender. My question is if I can use a different fuel guage for a custome setup? I was looking at a Street Glide or Ultra guage, but I don't know if they will read off of my sender right.

Any gauge from 08 or newer will not read correctly due to the 6 gal capacity increase.It reads on a different ohm scale. you need 07 and down gauge for a 5 gal tank.
