I just purchased a completely stock 2007 FXSTC. I want to put on the SE mufflers and the SE air cleaner. I have read that you do not have to remap, because the closed loop Delphi system will compensate for these changes. The local dealer tells me this is not true. I have the HD Race Fueler #32136-06A, but don't want to install it, if it isn't necessary. Any help would be appreciated.

 

If you already have the tuner, why not use it? It'll help get you the best performance from idle to wide open throttle. I did slip-ons and a heavy breather air cleaner. I had the dealer download done to it, but never really trusted it did anything. Saving up now to get a power commander and dyno tune.
