2006 Dyna won't prime

2006 Dyna won't prime
I press the "run" button and listen for the fuel pump to start priming the engine...and it doesn't happen. When I press the "stop" button, it makes the noise like it's priming. Any ideas? The engine just cranks and cranks but will not turn over.
I checked the fuses
Has gas
Battery is good
Any help would be appreciated
