Stop throwing part at it and do some testing. Voltage regulator would not have anything to do with no spark.

Check for voltage at the coil. If it has power then check for it being triggered. It's either a cam or crank sensor triggering the ignition module. Make certain the ignition module has voltage to it also.

To eliminate the ignition module see if you can borrow a working unit and substitute it into your system.

You could check this link for your diagram.

There is voltage at coil when he pull the plug out and sets it next to the plug hole there is nothing. When he get's home I'll have him write everything he has done and we can have you help us.
Thank you, I tried link it didn't work? that's another problem we can't find a diagram on the wiring for the coil. Does the pink and black in same insulator get hooked up together, and the black and white mixed gets put on right side, he doesn't have a Tac, and pink says it's for tac?

power going to coil, no spark coming out of coil. Coil reads 3. ohms Key on black wire sparked when he touched to metal.

thank you.
I have an 2003 Sportster XLH883 100 Anniversary Hugger with stage one Screaming eagle and a few other customizations.
I've been battling the ignition control module for some time now, it finally went completely out.. I too am having a hard time finding another one (32466-98)
I'm pretty internet savvy and I've searched high and low still no luck other than the dealership for $200.
So if you find someone anywhere please let me know, I'll do the same (if ok)

since it's been 12 years since that first post, I'm guessing he found an ignition module already

And the moral of the story: Huggergrl1`s post was answered by someone who didn`t care how old the original post was...
