Default idle speed a little high on freash rebuild

I just finished a complete rebuild of an 06 FLHRI it was originally a police bike that found it's self under three feet of salt water. Anyway I added a gallon of gas to the tank checked for codes (no codes) hit the starter and it popped right off. The idle seemed a bit high but no tach to tell how high. The manual says I need a digital technician (HD-44750) to make any adjustments. This is my first EFI bike. I'm using the original ECM and injectors (police). Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

Make sure it doesn't have a leak where the intake mounts to the heads.
