you appear to be using map 176AE106
The AFR and spark tables are not changed from the base tune.
Have you done smartune data runs to get the VE within 5% or less changes between runs? That would be the first step.
I do not know why your base tune AFR has 14.6 above 3000 rpm or above 70 map since the touring maps do not. (others may chime in) That for me would be running too lean most of the time.
you do have a decel table, something I have played with and which has worked for me to eliminate 90% of pops so far. I tried increasing the values and then decreasing from base and found decreasing by .04 works best for me. you would need to experiment and see what works for you.

I have done 5 smart tunes and the VE's are now within 5%. The bike runs strong just pops too much. The temps on the recordings vary from 224-236 degrees. I did buy the bike used and as strong as it pulls I have considered it could be cammed. It runs stronger than any other twin cam I have owned but, then again, I have never had a good exhaust system on a bike or had anything other than canned maps.

The decel tables front and rear can be adjusted +/- and then you will need to do data runs to test the results.

This thread is pretty long, so I hope you all don't mind me not reading it all and ask,

Has anyone used the SEPST on a dyno to tune a 110 engine with TMan 555 Torqster cams and Thunderheader 2 into 1 exhaust?

Those are your timing tables, not VE tables.

This is what I tried yesterday. The popping from higher rpm's seems to be improved and the pooping at lower rpm's remains about the same. I'll bump the number up a bit more and see how it responds.

by all means experiment and keep track of the changes so you can go back to best. you may not get it all. Then make note of the rpm it is doing at low rpm and repeating the event as there will always be some isolated pops, you are trying to get rid of most pops that repeat. later some afr adjustments to try.
