Default Engine code 61006/61007 or b1006/b1007

Have not been very succesfull in getting help to track this one down ... so I thought I would join up and ask if anyone else has had a similar problem .. suspect it could be more than one problem ... intermitently the sporster 883 2005 custom go's dark ... 2 clicks and light's out ... battery load tested great .. ground wire tight .. positive and negative battery connnection tight ... bike running at meter ..14.05 .. all other tests say battery is not an issue ... crank is strong !
When the bike goes all it takes is the smallest giggle of the battery and the bike lights up ...Any help will be appreciated ... never should have trained wife to ride ... Fatboy never has these kind of problems ... oh dear think the wife has her own account ... MyBigMistake ..

think you may be on something ... noticed some frayed wire on the ground wire last time I looked .. could be grounding out ... explains loss of power ... but not sure it explains the codes ... could it be the regulator ... wife dropped bike at low speed .. no sign of damage to regulator ... thanks for the reply ...bob

May also look at the physical battery itself. If the bike was dropped the connection to the terminals or plates inside the battery could have jarred loose. Would explain how a jiggle of the battery brings it all back to life.
