Default Dtc p0641

2008 FLHX 11,650 miles. Bike is in Forced Idle Mode. The bike is completely stock with no modifications.

I'm getting these codes(in order of priority per another thread)
P0641 5V ref1 out of range
P2122 TGS Low/Open
P2138 TGS Correlation
P0120 TPS1 Range error
P0222 TPS2 Range error
P0122 TPS1 Low error
P0222 TPS2 Low error
P2135 TPS Correlation
P1510 EFI Limited performace
P1511 Power Management mode

Battery is known good.
TPS tested good(hooked up to an analog meter and swing is smooth.
I've reset the throttle (on/off cycle 4 times)

Going by priority it seems the reference voltage(P0641) is the cause of my problems.
I'm testing the ref voltage at Pin 1 going into the induction module and I get 3.7v when grounded to the engine case. When I ground to pin 3 I get 2.8v.

I don't see any pinched wires. Bike was running fine and then just went into this forced idle mode. I let it sit and it reset and I was able to almost get home and then it went into forced idle mode again. I had to do the last mile or so in this mode. Since then the bike won't even come out of this mode.
Bike has never seen rain. Always garaged. Never had any issue until this.

Any ideas how to find/resolve this voltage reference problem?

Could a bad temp sensor cause this issue? I've heard a bad/week battery ground cable will give you low voltage at the TPS and induction module.

Shooting ideas out. Just guessing.

I swapped out battery yesterday as a precaution. Original battery was 3.5yrs old. It tested good, but I figured I was on borrowed time anyways. No change in voltage.

It is possible it's a bad temp sensor. The bike in forced idle mode is only running on front cylinder. I don't have that parade mode downloaded - I tried to turn it off/on to verify and it's not there. so it may think it's overtemped and causing this. But not sure how that ties back to the voltage out of range issue. Maybe the ECM does this to force the bike into this mode??

Thanks. Any other thoughts? I'm trying to resolve myself and avoid a costly trip to dealer. But ECM's and TGS's and TPS's and every other three letter acronymn is driving me nuts. I wish it had a carb!

Resolved
It took a little bit, but I found the problem. I pulled the tank to look at everything, but found nothing obvious. I pulled the intake manifold temp sensor and found corrosion on the pins. I thought for sure this was it. At the same time I pulled the engine temp sensor, but didn't see anything. I loosely installed everything back and fired the bike. She ran, no codes. I was quite releived. I buttoned everything up and went to go for a ride, but as soon as the bike warmed up she went into forced idle mode and set P0641 again. Pulled the engine temp sensor and as long as it's not getting head from the cylinder the bike runs fine and doesn't set any codes. Bad engine temp sensor. Good call Mr. Wizard.

Good deal...

Sometimes a blind squirrel... yadda, yadda...

At least they aren't expensive to replace.
