Default Smart tune questions

Hi guys
Just flashed initial calibration with the pro super tuner. I did miner upgrade on bike (sceamin eagle stage 1 air cleaner and rinehart 2 int 2 exhaust on 09 low rider). I am getting quite a bit of popping on deceleration. I will try the smart tune tonight. Is it safe to load all the recommended settings? How many times should you run the smart tune? I have not done this before. I noticed that the plugs are not as white as the previous 09 fatbob I had, and this bike was tuned perfectly with tons of power, (bought used).
thanks for the help in advance,
paul

Continue to do the Smart Tune runs until the changes recommended to the VE tables are less than 5% in any one cell. Then use the spreadsheet to adjust for the AFR you desire. Easy Peezy Lemon SQueezy.

Thanks, I did a run, but in basic tune mode? I guess you have to do this in advanced mode to get the graphs? It looks like in basic you have to just reflash the calibration without the VE graphs?
sorry for my ignorance, just starting this now.
Are you suppose to enable smart tune every time you do a download if you want to do another run?
The screen said not to check that off.

Thanks, Paul

I would use advanced mode. Only select raflash for smart tune if you are going to log data and calculate new tables. Otherwise do not select this. This puts the entire AFR table at 14.6:1 so the o2 sensors can provide feedback at all throttle conditions. This is to lean for normal riding.
