I just removed my Fuel injectors to have them flow checked and noticed that the Injector hold down plate was missing and not on the Bike, the Injectors were still hard to get out. Is this a problem or not?

 

Recently pulled mine to repair an intake leak. I'd say, although not ideal, you're probably alright...especially if it ran and didn't leak before the tear down. The fuel rail is held pretty solidly by the two torx fasteners onto the intake manifold. My thought when I tore mine apart was that the injector retention clip was just there for assembly...it's pretty loose fitting. Could be wrong but that's my thought. Good luck.
