I have a 2003 Electra Glide standard, I just bought Air Temp & oil pressure Gauges for it to fill in the empty spots. The kit comes with new wiring, plugs, and a new sending unit for the oil pressure gauge, aren't these bikes already wired for this? Do you need to replace the sending unit and connections? bare with me guys, I am trying to do more of my maintenance, this is all new to me. Thanks for any help.

 

04 and later models do not use the wiring in the kit, 00-03 models do need to use the wiring as you need the "jumper."

 

Got all the wire run but cannot get the old Oil pressure sending unit out, 9 years of being in there I guess it has seized. Any suggestions?
