Just went through the same deal but on a private sale. The new buttonless fobs MUST be programmed by the dealer. Mine did it for free and I kid you not, it took less than 5 mins. Two other dealers in the area wanted $40.

 

This one shows the same thing also, how to change your pin with buttonless fob present....not how to program a buttonless fob. I've change my pin and I'm just gonna have to take the bike back in to get it done. Thanks for all the help though!
