I'm replacing the tin set on my 06 EFI heritage. From factory Harley uses the crimped hose clamps on the plastic flex lines that you have co cut for fuel pump removal. What do you replace them with? Also what is standard fuel pressure on these systems? Will a standard 1/2" fuel clamp work or is there something else typically used?

 

Factory clamps are 8mm HD part# 10222

 

I used a HD clamp on mine. I didn't want a screw type to rust; I know, they're supposed to be stainless, but they do rust.

 

Harley Davidson 8mm HD part# 10222, are just over 11mm ID before crimping.
