Had a dead battery, I tried to boost it with no success. Charged the battery and now the engine will start but stops within 5 - 10 seconds. When it does start is sounds fine but like I said, it just stops. All the electricals seem to work fine. Bike is a 1999 Ultra Classic.

 

You need to load test the battery. When you say you "boosted" it makes me wonder if you didnt fry a relay. Start with a known good battery and try agian.
