Default Need help running issues

Hello,
I am having some trouble with my 2004 FLHRI. It started loosing power and surging a couple of months or so ago on my way home from a road trip. Since then the problem has gotten worse. It was only doing it when it would get warm so a shop replaced the coil it seemed to be better, but not fixed completely. The plug wires, plugs, crank position sensor, and TPS have all been replaced.

I checked the fuel pressure and it runs at a constant 60 psi. Now when idling one cylinder will loose power and then kick back in after about 10-20 seconds of not firing. Mixture goes lean on that sensor. I also have another ecm that I tried and it had no changes to the operation.

My bike is a 2004 FLHRI with big bore kit, cams, true dual exhaust with no baffles, thunder max with auto tune ecm. and both o2 sensors for it are new.
