Default Dual points or single on '62 pan

Recently bought a 62 panhead. I know there are several parts that are not original but I have a question about a couple. This pan has a single point setup. Some things I've read says that 61-64 came out with dual points. Were dual points an option? Was the single point setup still used during these years? Or has this bike been changed? Also, I've owned '58 and '59 pans and they both had the smooth outer primary. This one has the outer primary with the diamond. When I look at aftermarket catalogs they show the diamond primary for 57-64. Were they both used during these years or again, has this one been changed?
