Default accessory problem

Not sure if this is the right forum but it seems to be an electrical problem I'm having so here's the problem. I have factory installed accessory port or cig. lighter on my 2011 street glide. I plugged in my phone charger and the lighter stopped working and so did the acc. button light. Checked acc. fuse, even replaced fuse but still will not work. Read on here that the wires were reversed sometimes from factory. Also changed wires around but still won't work. Any ideas what the problem might be? Does it have an in-line fuse that could be blown?

Did you check the powerin the wires to see if you are getting power to lighter?

You might find another fuse on your bike labelled "Power Outlet" have a look I bet it is blown. Yes HD added a new fuse to the fuse box and your looking at the Accessory fuse which is the wrong one.

Lots of fuses in there......

Accessory
P&A (parts & accessories)
Power Outlet (if equipped)
P&A Ignition (parts & accessories ignition)

They are the 4 I would check and I would check the fuse with a multimeter as sometimes visual is not enough.

Thanks Scotty3... It was the P& A Fuse!!! Didn't see a P&A Ignition fuse. But I would have never thought of The P&A Fuse Either!!!
