Default dyno tuner stumped!

Looking for thoughts on my dads situation. 2013 limited. 103 with a hiflow air filter cycle shack true duals vance and hines slip ons, andrews 48h cams stick push rods. PCV from dyno jet with auto tune.

Bike runs smooth and strong. Lined up with my street glide and came up short so he wanted to dyno it curious of the numbers. While the guy is doing a pull it says its running way rich so dad says tune it. Tuner can get a good afr while holding a constant rpm at any rpm he tries but when he runs the bike through uts paces the afr us all over. He tried leaning it out and enrichening it but nothing helped.
Our thoughts are the pcv is bad or possibly the throttle position sensor. I'm curious if anyone else has dealt with a similar issue?

Sounds like they put his o2 sensors in the wrong holes. They put the front in the rear and the rear in the front.

I checked with him and he's confident that they are correct. The o2 sensors wouldn't affect the afr any way would they? Seeing as they are used by the autotune which is unhooked during the dyno tuning.
