2010 glide, bought bike used with stage 1 aircleaner behind stock cover and v&h big radius pipes, old owner said it got remapped by dealer. Bike runs great!!!! my question is if i install the screaming eagle heavy breather [the open element one] do i need to remap again? please explain why or whynot.

You're asking someone to provide you with a simple explanation of a system that has taken many years to develop and learn. And those of us that have been tuning for a few years continue to learn something new just about everyday.

I'd suggest you do nothing now and spend the next few months learning the HD EFI system. That way you'll have a better chance of knowing when someone is blowing smoke up your tailpipe.
