Hi All,

I just wanted to start this new thread to directly assist those with their TTS tuning, who have a TC96 and SE 204 Cams.
I'm no tuner or pro, but it took me hours to find info with a start to tuning my bike with TTS Mastertune and this combination, so I thought i'd make it easier to find, so you can get tuning….


I went and had my bike dyno tuned by a TTS Master Gene Thomason from Gene Thomason Racing here in California, does a lot of tuning for Steve so this guy nows his stuff!

He got 100.1 Tq and 83.7 hp out of my bike. Check the torque curve!!!
All Stock, No Headwork, just pipes and A/C and the cams thats it. This thing goes like the wind. Not bad for $150 cams from craigslist.

Those with 2007 Deuce 96"TC, Stock Heads, SE204's, Big Radius 2/2, Spike A/C, have a pretty close Base Cal Map for a Starting Point that runs good. (Keep in mind all engines are different).

Why did you have to increase the engine size from 96CI to 106CI?

I have a 2010 FXST with Vance and Hines Straight Shots an SE 28721 oval shape Air cleaner and SE 204 cams and would like the map for this set up on the Mastertune TTS which I have. Currently running the TTS map for the 255 cams CAA176-04 Bike runs good but was wondering if the map you mentioned would be even better.
