That will be nice

The other question is I knew I would have a drop in fuel economy with the stage one install but I think that is too large of a drop. The work was done by Zippers during Bikeweek 2013.
First of all, I was wondering if you are really serious about a 1-2 mpg drop. Then when I saw you were calculating it in tenths of a gallon I guessed you are serious.
Take into consideration how much your bike cost, plus the mods, figure out based on your annual mileage and cost of gas, and then see how much 1 mpg really hits you in the wallet.
If your TMax has the auto tune module, it will continue to improve the map through a series of auto-tune sessions. So it's most likely that your mpg will get better just by riding it.

What is AF ratio set to at cruising throttle in each gear? (10 - 35%)

When I was unhappy with my mileage I raised mine to to about 13.7. That bought me about 3 - 4 mpg. I now get high 30s around town and low 40's at 70 mph on the highway with the cruise set.

I was wondering how often do you run autotune? I just put a tmax on my 07 ultra and only have been able to get one tank through it. From what I understand they say it should take about 3 tanks of fuel for it to start getting better.

I currently run autotune about every 1000 miles. Certainly no more than every 500. That's my opinion.

Default 113 cubic inch program

Is anyone using another tune than 811 or 812 for a 113
812 kit has issues achieving stable idle.
I'm going to try 811 and compensate 4.22 injectors to the 4.89

My 04 heritage had an SERT..installed in 05.
Dyno'd at 117 hp..it screamed w/o decell popping of any kind and fired up
Every time when I bumped the starter..
Mileage was around 38..

Suddenly, I had performance probs and mileage dropped to 27..

Installed TM..
gained 1mpg instantly, no decell pops..not instant starts yet..
TM started adapting and in just around 265 miles, mileage is up to around 35..
Starts instantly, cold or hot..
Performance screams..
Still gonna wait till around 750 miles to dump the data..
Expensive but well worth the upgrade to me.
All tips and pointers welcome

I run mine at 14.2 in the part throttle positions between 2500 and 4000rpm with no issues.

Have you looked at any of the 107 and 110 tunes. Same stroke and close to the same displacements so there is a good chance you will find a tune more suited to your build.

I assume you have ported heads. What cam, pipes, and throttle body are you running?

Default I believe my t-max and tssm are toast

I put a 107 kit in my 09 rocker and upon initial key-on my system relay started clicking repeatedly and gas started pouring out of my exhaust. I now have everything disconnected from the harness except the ecm and tssm, with the battery hooked up I get 6 volts on the computer ground (black/gn) and the power side of the run/stop switch (gray). Also all 3 wires for the factory diag port have continuity to eachother. Looking online, I found another person who had very similar problems when also doing a top end build and also with a tmax. My question is, has anyone else experienced an issue like this after disconnecting and reconnecting the engine harness? I did have the battery disconnected and ecm fuse pulled. This is an old style t-max that I've had since spring of 09. I did have the auto tune module crap out within a year, but it's been fine since except for the occasional speedo dropout.
