Can't connect TTS to bike

Hummmm... so that didn't fix it then huh? Updating the dongle didn't help?

If not... you may want to make sure your USB connector at the computer is tight and the 4 prong connector at the bike have no bent prongs.

Besides that it may be in your computer. That's about all I know.

One last thought...

Delete all TTS programs on your computer.

Go to the TTS site and download the Uploader software and install everything fresh.

Update your TTS dongle once again with the HD06.

See if those steps will help as it has for others here.

Try opening Datamaster. Select record CAN data under file. Select save. This will bring up the Data Recording Control panel. This has a test Com option, and a couple of other features that are easier to see than Mastertune. You can double click the upper right and a window with more options will pop up dealing with com port.


The Mon button between stop and start is for monitor. This will allow you to look at data without recording any.
