Default 92 evo pops and dies after getting warm

I have a 1992 evo 80" and I am having problems with it popping and then shutting down after it gets hot. or if i stop somewhere after running it for a while it wont start back up right away like it is flooded. If I wait ten or fifteen minutes it will start right up. I have an s&s shorty carb, a screamin eagle electronic ignition and a dyna coil new harley plugs accel cables and a pingle high flow petcock. at first we thought it was vapor locking i put a new pre formed fuel line on it so the line would not kink going into carb, wrapped the line in a heat sleeve to protect against radiant heat and eliminated fuel filter the petcock is not getting clogged the vent is clear of blockage in tank i just replaced the coil with a new dyna coil. I also took apart the carb to check if float is sticking or if jets are clogged everything looked good, I am thinking the only thing left is the electronic ignition module. Any Help would be nice if anyone knows anything please let me know.

There have been some posts on here saying the dyna coils are junk. Was it doing the same thing with the old coil?
