Do you think a 103 2014 flhx air breather be much more cfm for a 96ci 2010 flhx. I have it on now just wondering about tuning. I cant see itbeing very much more free flowing. Not really like a stage 1 air filter. My 96 is allstock.

I really don't think anything with a 96cc engine is worth worrying about..................Now 96ci maybe.
Now to answer your question I think you would be better off just getting a Screamin' Eagle or some other air cleaner.
I put the breather off a 2014 streetbob on my 2008 dyna superglide with the K&N filter I had on the 2008 96ci, K&N makes a different filter for the 2014 but 2008 will fit and is listed on there web sight. I also have the standard filter that came with 2014 system it is larger than the K&N filter or the stock 2008 filter. should compensate for the difference in engine size and let more air thru but I doubt it is much more because of regulations about emissions. thinking about going with the bigger filter from K&N
I put the stock Harley 103 air filter on my 2008 superglide 96 twincam today operates fine could tell no difference between it and the K&N filter I had on it. seems to have plenty of flow.
If you provide more air than the engine can use, it will not accidentally try to use it and hyperventilate. It is just a pump. If it fits, is not restrictive, you like the looks...get 'er done
