90 sportster signal problem

90 sportster signal problem
Hello all,
I recently changed my front and rear signals to LED's but am now having a problem. When they are connected and I go to use my left or right turn signal all 4 lights light up and stay lit and do not blink. Any ideas what my problem could be? This is driving me crazy.
