Default Can an ECM be reset to factory default settimgs?

I bought a used 2012 Road King FLHR. When it was originally purchased, the buyer had the dealer upgrade with Rush slip-on mufflers and an SE air cleaner. When these upgrades were added, the dealer preformed a Stage 1 recalibration. If I put stock HD mufflers and a stock air cleaner back on the bike, can the ECM be reset somehow to the original default factory settings, or would it have to be recalibrated? If it has to be recalibrated what would be the best method? Thanks!

Just keep it like it is, it should run fine with the stock muffs and AC. That download isn't into all that much to begin with, so you will e good.
