High RPM upon starting

Default High RPM upon starting
Upon starting, the engine RPM immediately exceeds 4000 RPM. It has sat dormant for about a year. New fuel and battery. Starts right up but it as if I have no control over the throttle. H-D installed an H-D EFI SUPER TUNER, S.E. PRO KIT 32109-08B a couple years ago.

take the breather cover off and spray cleaner into the throttle body!

Thoroughly cleaned TB with cleaner but it did not cure the problem. Any other suggestions?

Is the throttle grip hard to turn if so check to make sure the throttle lock is not on

I was a bad TPS connector. Thanks for everyone's help.
