Hi Kathy from the UK and welcome to HDF.
Have you put the harness back together as it should be? If so it is possible you've blown a fuse. With a bike that new you should have an owners manual, but if not you can download one from the H-D website, just go to the Owners tab. If nothing whatever works, it is likely you have blown a main fuse. If some things work but others don't, you have probably blown one or more of the normal fuses.
Do a bit of checking and let us know what you find.
