Tuner and o2 eliminator installed...ECM engine light still on
Hey guys,
Need a bit of help here.
I've installed a V&H power duals and 4" monster rounds, aftermarket air cleaner, and a PCV on a California 2014 SGS. After finding out I needed the o2 sensor eliminators to bypass the o2 sensors, I bought a pack of Daytona Twin Tec sensor eliminators and installed them.
Before the eliminators were installed, the check engine light would come on right away. With the eliminators installed, the check engine light comes on after about 30 - 60 seconds. In both instances, both front and rear o2 sensors are flagged as non-responsive.
How do I keep the check engine light from coming on/how do I keep the ECM from flagging the o2 sensors as non-responsive? Isn't that what the eliminators are supposed to fix? I'm getting codes P0134 and P0154 from the diag.
Thanks for your help.
