Fuel line?

Fuel line?
I found a leak in the line that runs from my carb to my petcock. Doesn't have id markings, and I don't own calipers. Can anyone tell me what size their fuel line is?

The parts catalogs show 1/4" ID for fuel line. I use 5/16" ID. Some guys use 3/8" ID because they say it flows better.

If you need more than 5/16" there's something seriously wrong with your bike!
