Default Finished my project: Replica XLCR

Today I did finished my project of building a Replica Caferacer. Started with a 1979 XLCH and collected very hard to find original XLCR parts from all over the world.
This is Stage One. In Stage Two I will change the wheels and engine. But for now this wil do.

Happy 2012.

Very, very nice. My local indie mechanic just did a resto on an original, low miles XLCR - it is being shipped to England.

Hey "Condor" ... nice job ... I always had a sweet tooth for an XLCR ... I was too damn big to ride one ... keep an eye out for some of those old Good Year Eagles !

Yes, tyres are a problem. They will show up. Next thing is to change the gearbox and paint the engine.
