Default clutch

anyone know where i can get the clutch operating assy? not sure of the correct name. where the cable connects to inside primary,this part goes into clutch. i think it should have a little bearing on the end of it,mine does not. trying to get just the bearing or whole assy,hoping it would have bearing on it? thanks

You really need to get the Factory Parts Catalog 99451-nna. Then you would know the exact name and part number of what you are looking for. You can use that to search eBay, J&P Cycles, and many other sites. Get the catalog from a local indie motorcycle shop, HD dealer, J&P Cycles, eBay, many internet sellers. Just put the number into the Google or eBay search.

nna = 78B for 1954 to 1978
nna = 85A for 1979 to 1085

You also need to put the year and model of your IronHead into your message.

There are about 10 individual parts to the assembly.

You could post a pic of what you have and describe what is the problem with it.

ebay has a few complete clutch assemblies on auction right now. You might get a good deal and get all the parts
