sprocket nut torques
I am trying to find the torque spec for the engine sprocket nut (front of primary chain), and for the mainshaft sprocket nut (front of rear chain, not the clutch hub nut). I have a 1979 factory service manual but I can only find a torque spec for the clutch hub nut (150 lb-ft).
Does anyone have a source that lists a spec?

sprocket shaft nut 100 to 120 ft lbs
This holds stuff in place while i do the sprocket shaft nut. One angle to remove, opposite to re-install. 3/16" x 1" x 4".

mainshaft nut 35-65 ft lbs
I tighten the mainshaft nut to the lower end of the range, perhaps 40 to 50 ft lbs [i do not recall, i use a torque wrench but go somewhat by feel]. It does have the tabbed lock washer so it will certainly not come off. I have a piece of broomstick handle that i stuff thru the cast rear wheel and swingarm to hold it in place.
