Geeeze, i thought mine was bad. Well, at least you have a good frame [i hope]? And a right side case with the matching VIN [i hope]? And matching title paper [i hope]? Those are the basics.

I agree - it is like looking after a child who has not been well parented - these bikes do deserve to be refurbished. Even one like yours

Here's mine, just picked it up on Saturday and it needs some work to be back on the road.

 

Here is my latest toy. This is before we added the custom sissy bar and fish tail pipes.


My other one that is in the shop now. Probably be there till spring. Gonna get a 2 under springer, custom hard tail and a new Not Bent front fender

I used to go there quite a bit but haven't been in a while. I take either my Sportster or the shovel. Both of them are red. I believe I saw your bike there some time back. Not too many old Harleys ever show up.

I think I saw your Shovel there one time. Cool! The last couple times I made the trip over there I rode my recently completed '69 Honda 350 café. It gets a lot more attention than the Ironhead Sportster does...
