Default 71 Ironhead rocker cover oil leak

I just put a brass dress up kit on my Ironhead from Old-Stf. Once I got everything put back together and started the bike I had oil gushing from the top of two intake pushrods at the rocker cover. I put in new cork gaskets and adjusted the pushrods correctly and I cant seem to get the oil leak to stop at all. Do I have a blocked oil passage somewhere or what would be causing this? Any ideas? Im getting frustrated because ive been trying to fix this for a week now and I'm stuck!

A common cause is the top cork/o-ring not seating in the rocker cover. Might be a good idea to wet it with oil before install to help stick it in place [i have never had to do this, but some guys recommend it].

The spring keeper 17950-48 [tall, with protrusion] installs above the spring retainer 17945-36B [cup shape, has spring inside]. The keeper is the last piece to be installed.
