Well fixed the Nasty vacuum leak and finished my pushrod adjustment and disassembled and cleaned the carb(ss e) now I can't get it to run got spark its deff a fuel issue I poured a little gas in the hole and it started till that gas ran out but I smell fuel any ideas

 

Electric start or kick start? Might have been better to continue from previous thread.

 

Ya how do I close a thread and I'm sure you know this iron mick but I made a big mistake I have a ss carb and the two little ***** on the diaphragm well they both made it in but not the little spring the one for the diaphragm but not the one that goes with the ball think that's it?

 

I explained that weird the little spring for the ball isn't in there but the big spring is

 

I am not familiar with that carb. Best to correctly assemble it then test.

If there is important info in a previous thread you should be able to dig it up using the search that is on the blue commands line that has User CP on the left end. Search for threads started by yourself.

the small spring is for the acc pump so you do not have a part of the choke
if you cant find that spring i can help but it takes a week in the mail to you < the the one ball than spring than the other ball goes in next to it and with out it you may not be able to get it to stay running

 

I actually found the spring on the ground were I rebuilt the car now if I can get Tim from workin on people's cars and work ill get her rollin

 

I don't know how Tim got in there I don't even know a Tim haha
