I know this is a little off topic, but was wondering if anyone can give me a paint code for the flight red color. Looking for something that doesn't have to be oem. Am restoring a "46 and not concerned about it being a "show" bike. Thanks

When I bought my '46 WL it was red, brought in a bobbed fender to have my guy match the existing paint. Turned out the red was a Mack Truck color, go figure. Not saying it was the correct red, but it was a nice darker red from Mack.

 

Indian red the darker one all through the many years was American LA France fire engine red - dupont
