Use the 6 inch Mako on my RGU which essentially means 12 inches of shield. Really works well. Replaced the Harley Wind Splitter with it.

 

Wanted to get a 6" Ultra or Ultra Elite in Dark tint for my 2013 FLHX. I am 5'9" is this the right shield and is the sale still on? DUSTLRS?

 

What LRS is comparable to the OEM shield? I have a 2012 Road Glide Ultra, and can see almost 2 inches if I am riding upright.

 

I was told by LRS that the best deal available on their windshields was to go to their website and use a promo code to get 40% off plus shipping. Not a bad deal. But, for just a couple of dollars less the same windshield is available through Amazon with NO additional shipping.

I put a 9" ultra medium tint on my 2012 Limited this weekend. I rode it behind it about 60 miles and so far I like it. I removed a stock clear windshield. Before and after pics.

I have a 10" Ultra Elite light tint on my Limited. Great windshield!!

5'10" perfect.
