You could probably get most of your money back selling the Cannons.

got a set of Rineharts, waiting to be installed in my workshop. Probably this weekend. Not too much hurry-- it's been pretty cold. Season is not over but it's close.

I did both. I wanted to try the Cannons alone and the Heavy Breather alone. Then the two together.

The Heavy Breather alone made much more difference in seat of the pants than the slip ons alone did. This was also alluded to by Jamie with Fuel Moto. The cat is so restrictive there isn't much performance to be had with slip ons alone. The Heavy Breather also adds a significant amount of noise.

Sounds like a lot of good hype about the street cannons and heavy breather. How about a sound clip? I have yet to hear any good sound come from a HD slip on since back around 2008ish...

Everyone is different and I am in no way knocking anyone who is happy with the street cannons but when they were put on and I started it for the first time I knew I just pissed away $600. At idle the difference over stock is minimal at best. When on the gas they do have a little bark but to me it is the sound of a stock pipe with baffles removed. Again this is just my opinion but for $600 I wanted something that was not crazy loud but wanted that nice deep rumble, street cannons are not it for me, they do look good though. I now have a brand new set of street cannons in the box on my shelf. I went with RC components and I'm very happy now, very deep and has a nice lope at idle.

Sound is very subjective. That said, when someone says they can't imagine having anything louder, it's pretty easy to disagree as my experience has been the same as yours.

i have the the stage 1 on my 17 SGS . the AC kit #29400245 does have a bigger inlet where it meets the TB compared to the stock unit . dealer waned 1 1/2 hours for the slip-ons and 1 1/2 for the AC install plus 1 3/4 for the tuner install . i was able to do everything in about 1 1/2 hours . the tuner was a the most time consuming because of the 1/2 hour ride .
