Default Stage IV on order ... But.. ? .. However.. !

With this new info that came to light just a day ago.. Thank-you Steve Cole

I swear to you on the lift, the seat was off, and the Stage III kit was sitting their in the bay, as I was walking into the shop as said "wait, we need to talk!" lol

My price came in $1500.00 more than what I was about to pay for of the Stage III, Part #'s were not in the system yet. I felt the deal was worth it for CNC Ported Heads, 64 MM Throttle Body, High Flow Injectors, 4.075" Cylinders, 11:1 High Compression Pistons w Rings, 515 Cam (funny singular) w Bearing Upgrade, Tappets, High Capacity Clutch Springs and Plates.. The Tuner (not in kit) does offer wider perameters is an expansion of the Pro Street, which utilizes Wideband O2 Sensors (as I see it stay in the bike) and Smart Tuner stays on bike.. I like that for our trip out west.

!) But.. Do you think I'll lose fuel mileage? I hope not!!
2)However, I may have 114ci heads, jugs, Pistons for sale w 800+ miles on them.

Probably not a good idea for them. I bet the amount of Stage kits they sell reduces quite a bit after that day.

reminds me of a Woody Allen movie when the sex therapist asks him if he thinks sex is dirty and he's says "Only if you're doing it right"

so yeah, if your fuel mileage stays the same you ain't riding it right!!!

Very true. Most normal people don't do high performance mods with fuel economy in mind.

You have a new motorcycle that costs over forty thousand dollars and you are spending thousands of dollars for high performance modifications and you are worried about fuel economy?

I could see being concerned about fuel economy on a bike that has a small gas tank, but your bike has a six gallon tank, so even in a worst case scenario you will still have plenty of range. It's not like you have a Sportster with the 2.5 gallon peanut tank.
