Default Just a strange observation on horn mounting

M8 horn placement.

Noticed when I got my SGS in Sept.......the horn is mounted with a slight rearward angle. Guess that's to make it look faster. I moved mine so its centered (straight) between the jugs. At first I thought it was probably just not quite centered when mounted, but then a few weeks later when I was at the dealer and looking at a row of bikes all lined up. Every one had the horn mounted with the slight reward angle and realized it was mounted that way on purpose. Strange.

So now mines customized with no others just like it!

Even the old Rushmore bikes were the same. Supposedly it's so the horn drains water when ridden in the rain. I doubt mounting it straight like you did would let the horn fill with water, but who knows? I leave mine crooked.
