Been away awhile...
Long story, but I'll keep it short.
After so many problems with my Rushmore (2014 Ultra Limited) I went over to the German side. Got a 2014 BMW K1600GTL. I figured it would be just like a Limited, but with German Engineering goodness. Well, it was, but I could never get it to fit me. Arthritic knees and all.
When the M8 came out, I took a Road King for a test ride and as they say, the rest is history.
Brought this home today.
Easiest, most comfortable 100 miles I've had on a bike in years....

I'm a former BMW nut, after a 100,000 miles or so the soul appears. Their great bikes but HD has a better feel from the get go.
