I have Progressive. They've been really good. They went to bat for me when a FedEx truck T-boned me.
I pay $221 for full coverage on my 2011, and my wife's 2008 road glides.... That's for BOTH bikes per year. It helps that I live in the boonies, and have my cars and house bundled with the bikes.

I have USAA for my house and car(s). Always have and would never switch, but as RoadKingCop said, they broker motorcycle cover to Progressive. I've had Progressive for a year and they are fine, but were expensive for me.
I insure my bikes with Rider. They're a small insurer and only write in a hand full of states (DE, IN, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, VA). Rates are very good and service is great.
